We provide services to clients in the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States. Our Chief Executive is Caroline Oliver.

Caroline is a board member and immediate past Chair of the International Policy Governance Association and author of two books on Policy Governance with another due to be published in 2008. Following twenty years experience as a UK voluntary sector executive and board member, she has acquired a decade of international experience working with a wide variety of public, voluntary and corporate organisations, introducing, implementing, and fine-tuning governance. She is a regular contributor to the Jossey Bass quarterly journal 'Board Leadership', and the general editor of the 'Governance Excellence' newsletter.

Caroline's two books on governance are: 'Corporate Boards That Create Value - Governing Company Performance from the Boardroom' (Jossey Bass 2002) which she wrote with Dr. John Carver, the creator of the Policy Governance model, and 'The Policy Governance Fieldbook - Practical Lessons, Tips and Tools from the Experiences of Real-World Boards' (Jossey Bass 1999) for which she was general editor as well as a co-author.
